Reach out & Share Your Project
Getting Started is easy. Contact us by phone, email, or through our website, and tell us about your project.
To help us better understand your vision and provide the most accurate guidance possible, we ask that you send us photos of the areas involved before our initial conversation.
Seeing the project from your perspective allows us to have a more productive discussion and better understand what you are trying to achieve
Step 2:
Initial Conversation & Ballpark Pricing
After reviewing your photos, we"ll discuss your project, answer any questions you may have, and provide an honest ballpark estimate based on the information available.
This gives you a realistic idea of the expected investment your project will require
Step 3:
On-Site Consultation
If the ballpark estimate aligns with your budget and you'd like to move forward, we'll schedule an onsite consultation.
During this visit, we'll take detailed measurements, inspect existing conditions, discuss design options, identify any potential concerns, and finalize the project so we can prepare an accurate proposal.
Our on-site consultation varies depending on the size and time required for a quote i.e. drawings etc. The minimum consult fee is $250.00 , If you chose to move forward with Burke Construction and Remodeling the consultation fee is credited to your contract. Making the consultation essentially free for our customers.
Step 4:
Proposal & Contract
Once the consultation is complete, we'll prepare a detailed proposal outlining the scope of work, project details, pricing, payment schedule, contract terms and all pertinent information.
We will review everything with you, answer any remaining questions and address any concerns to assure you are fully comfortable moving forward and everyone is on the same page.
Step 5:
Schedule Your Project
After the contract is signed and any required deposit is recieved, we'll schedule your project and keep you informed throughout the entire process.
Our goal is to provide clear communication, quality craftsmanship, and a remodeling expierence that's straighforward from start to finish.
Step 6:
Final Walkthrough & Project Completion
As your project comes to a close, we'll perform a thorough quality inspection and complete a final walkthrough with you to ensure every detail meets both your expectations and our high standards
We'll review the completed work together, answer any final questions, address any outstanding concerns, and make sure you're completely satisfied before considering the project complete.
Our team will also leave the work area clean and organized, because we believe your home should be ready to enjoy-not left as a construction site.
